I am interested in parting/selling my 1997 Audi A6 Quattro wagon and thought this might be a good place to start. 166,655 miles & I've owned this car for 10 years but it's aging and needs a good owner/mechanic. I was a good owner. Just put $600 for brakes. Loaded and 3rd row seat. $1999.00…Continue

I want the group to be aware of this guy.
I had some blood on my white suede leather seats in my 09 S-5.
I found this guy by word of mouth. I called him and he was down in Bedford at the Chevy dealer with his mobile setup. I spent some time “touring” down from my house in Brown county. And arrived at the lot.
I showed him the problem and expected the disclaimer, "well I’ll try but no guarantees.” Nope he said, "give me 20 minutes and then it will need to dry.” I wander…

It was a wee bit sunnier this month than last and several new folks showed up for lunch at the Big Lug Canteen. It was great talking to some of them. Hope I can catch up with the rest of you next time. Thanks again John, for organizing!

The Indiana Chapter was in attendance to the gala affair put on by the Tom Wood Auto Group in celebration of their new location and name! Gone is Tom Wood Audi and welcome to the new Audi Indianapolis!!
What a fantastic celebration! Food, wine, beer, hors d'oeuvres and live music. They took us on a special tour of the incredible facility and as a special surprise had an R18 TDI for everyone to see.
We also gave the President of Audi of America and Audi Indianapolis…

In a wonderful by chance meeting this past week, I found Tom Wood would love to have us in for some social events that they offered to cater!!
We hope this to be the first of many such events in the coming years and they are looking to us to come up with a date for GTG number one.
On the Forum we have been tossing dates around like a berserk salad maker set to 11 and the most recent date on the table is November 12th at 6pm or so.
So please share with me…

Anyone from Indy going to the Celebration in September?
My daughter lives reasonably close by Austin standards to the headquarters hotel so I am seriously thinking about going. San Antonio and Austin are fun cities if you have never been. After spending three days at the F1 event at COTA last year, I would love the opportunity to simply just drive the track - even if it is a club parade.

Just back from Chicago with a quick Audi report. I was a bit disappointed in that the new TT or the Shooting Break or any other concept was not there. AUDI must have sent them all back to the fatherland. So much for the nation's largest and longest-running auto show! I did see a few blue beauties.…Continue
Some recent chatter on the forum has been about the upcoming GTG! Well.. particulary WHEN TO HAVE IT!!
I mentioned Feb 15th at Scotty's Brewhouse and that was agreed to by only one other person.
So if you are interested in making this happen, I need to know asap. Not that I mind dining with my good buddy Paul, but why not make it an event!!

Two online sites have just shown photo of the third gen(?) TT. Looks not too different than the 2nd gen to me?
Is there a weird German privacy law that says no one can photograph your licence plate "on the road". On the track: who cares, it's a race car. I have no idea...…Continue

I missed most of the event but I was in Nashville the same weekend and went to the local AACA event - lots of classic cars and muscle cars. The AUDI Club was supposed to visit but I only saw these 2 in the parking lot. The red R8 had manufacturer plates from MI and was probably there for photo ops for the National meeting.…Continue
